This is October, alligator!

Whenever I read about bloggers who become famous and rich after people notice and read about their interesting blog, Im worried. You know, nowadays, hobby can make u rich. Some friends of mine did take photographing seriously, earn lots and lots of money. With cupcakes, some people can even afford a Suzuki Swift! And yes, Im still worried, for not having a hobby....and a Swift a car.

In order to have my own baby blue Swift, Im trying hard, typing, thinking of a good topic, (only God knows how hard it is). But cant help it, the only thing I can think of right now is about my own self updates! Like what shoe size im wearing Haha.

No, Im not a celebrity, Im just an ordinary who gets nervous whenever I bump into Anuar Zain and don’t hv a car but a good big umbrella. So who cares reading my blog then!! *sigh*

Let me start with one good topic, that I hope it benefits all (HAHA).. which is..... my review on EPL. No, not English Premium League, u moron! Cause I’ll end up mentioning Torres and Xabi Alonso for 100 times, to make it one paragraph.

It’s EAT PRAY LOVE, ppl.

No point making simple things complicated. Thus to all queuing for Eat Pray Love ticket, Im suggesting u all to change ur mind. If u think no more good movies to watch, go back home, make some hot choc for urself, and enjoy ur DVDs. If ure big fan of JR, Pretty Woman is faaaaaarrr wayyyy hotter.

I hope I can afford a Swift by end of this year with my monthly movie reviews. Haha.

Niyang Rapik

Some friends told me that my movie review is very reliable, so I feel it's my responsibility to update on the latest Niyang Rapik here. Hahaha

Im not a big fan of ghost stories, like never. But for the sake of someone important *wink wink* (poyo nak mati okayy), I decided to watch it with the girls.

Anyway, this is not a-must-watch-movie. I'll rank for 2.5 stars out of 5. The story line was a bit cliche, and many scenes remind me of the scariest ghost movie (selain stupid 'IT'), Long Kong. But somehow it was a good movie, so congrats to the director and producer (I dont know who) and the casts as well. As usual, Nasir Bilal Khan acted so good as bomoh-tok dukun etc. Awal -good!!, Bio Nik- good (and good looking), Zed Zaidi - good and u r such an elder brother!!, Fizz Fairuz - u are so like Aidil in Nur Kasih, and Sam - none other but...AN EXCELLENT actor!!! (am I being bias?!)

If you decided to watch it during this year's Hari Raya TV programme, pun boleh juga. Tapi if u have RM10 in ur purse, already queue for the ticket, but still tak tahu nak tgk movie apa, and nak rasa takut takut seram, do not make simple things complicated, just buy Niyang Rapik. (and pop corns)

Random Updates

Im in the mood of sharing the very random updates of mine:

1)Bye Bye My Old Bling Bling Phone..

My phone alarm rang at 8.45 this morning, but I remembered set it at 6.45!

I replied some text messages, but whenever I typed 'S', 'T' appears.

And I wanted to insert spaces between words, the whole line was deleted. Luckily Hani has a phone she won last few months, so from now onwards, Im using this, which actually make me look so intellectual like whenever people ask me the exchange rate of USD/AUD, I can straight away answer, X.XXX :

Fine. Not yet a blackberry, not yet.

2)New place for a new year

Some friends knew that I am desperately looking for a new place to live, nothing is very wrong with the current one, it's just that, I want some changes this year ahead. N tomorrow Im having an appointment with the agent. I hope everything is ok, as Ive been eye-ing this apartment in Bandar Seri Pemaisuri for quite sometime. Wish me luck, readers!

4)I hate u Mitch Albom, Dina usually cry once in 5 years okay!

After finishing Rosie Dunne (by Cecelia Ahern), I need something serious-emotional as I was soooo tired of lauging.

(Omigod. Rosie Dunne is damn funny till u can laugh on every page!! This is the second book that I laugh f-hard after Can You Keep A Secret by Sophie Kinsella. These two books are simply genius! Love Love!! But I dunno why, I just dun like PS I Love You. Weird.)

And so I read For One More Day (by Mitch Albom). Bad timing. I read that during the week I was unstable (unstable = homesick). A tragic story from the first page till the end, so I hate youuu Mitch Albom! *cried*

5)Lately, Im totally a homesicker

I just received a fowarded email from my father, 'What Type Of Guy You Should Go Out'. Yesterday, he sent 'Unconditional Love Story.' There was once, 'Jiwang'. haha

Last week, on the 1st day of school of 2010 (for those still in school, hehe), that late night, Bapak saya sent sms pada saya 'U were always with T.A.K.U.T' remember?

For those who dont know me in kindegarten and primary: Both my parents will ask me not to say takut whenever nak pi skolah. As everytime I reach school, I will 'Dina takut laa bapak.' 'Emak..Dina takut'. So it took me half an hour to get out from the car, I guess. Till one day my mom was so mad, she scold me not to say takut. The next day, I was thinking what to say besides takut. So I spelled, 'Bapak, Dina T.A.K.U.T.' Then Bapak kata, 'T.A.K.U.T. tak pe. Takut tak boleh'. So I spelled it everyday before went out from car.

[Trust me, everyone was surprised that I survived the 5 yrs in boarding school after that. Me too actually.Muahaha.]

And whenever after my sister hung up the phone call with Emak saya, she'll 'Dina, mak kata jgn pakai ketat ketat. Beli L, bukan S.' *hahaha at the same time, Grrrr.. I tak ketat ok!! haha*

I miss both my parents (yg berada di kampung halaman cintaku n kadang kadang gardening is everything for them) every minutes of my heart beat. Take care pls because Im many miles away from both of u two!! *sob sob* [Told ya, u can call me a homesicker]

After one terrible Wednesday I went through, I woke up on the next Thursday morning hoping for a better day. I was on leave so decided to have a good movie and big pop corns. Since Lely couldnt make to KLCC, I have no other way but to watch it by myself.

Little that I know it was school holiday until I saw bunch of kids were everywhere in the mall. While queuing for the movie (Seriously, I never seen TGV that pack.) there was a young couple in front of me (Very young like they just learnt x+x=2x in school), hugging and kissing as if no one was around. Beside the couple was a mom with 5 small kids who bought tickets of Princess and The Frog (cutest ever).

While the mommy was busy arranging the drinks and pop corns for her kids in the bag, the innocent kids were staring at the stupid couple (they answered x+x= 100x) who were having their own lovey dovey moments. You should see the kids’s faces. They looked so surprise and like what the hell this abang kakak bodo are doing.

When I was about to snap their picture, I mean the kids’ pictures, (of course not that frog couple) as they were damn so cute, the mommy suddenly saw what the kids were looking at the couple, she straight away told her kids not to look. ‘Eh jangan tengok. No, kids. Dont look. Nanti kita tgk the Princess and the Frog ok. No, jgn tengok yg ni.’ Hahaha

Anyway, I spent my afternoon with Avatar. Since I only have 2 choices between Avatar and Pulau Asmara (as others were fully booked) and cant really imagine me saying ‘Tiket- Pulau- Asmara- satu- please.- Pukul- 2.30 ok. Nak-seat-belakang’ (NUTS!!) so I chose the blue creature in posters, Avatar.

And I had no idea what Avatar was about at first. After almost 3 hrs in the Navi land the Pandora, the movie was amazing! I always thought Im kinda hate those fiction-aliens movies, but surprisingly, Avatar is a must watch movie, people. No joke.

I don’t know you, but to me, it was 4 stars out of 5. =)
I guess I understand how Neytiri felt after Navi’s place was attacked. It’s all about back stabbed and trust. Damn.

Cuci The Musical

When Cuci was in cinema, I watched it twice.

After that I bought the original dvd.
So when Cuci was shown in Istana Budaya as the musical theatre, I had to make sure that I didnt miss it!!

Thus on the last weekend of October, three of us were on the 6th line from the stage.

With the combination of great Malaysian comedians, great lines of jokes, superb singers, the show was absolutely hilarious!

One of the scenes where Awie offered his pisang goreng to Adibah Noor. (How can I hate this?! Even the company's name is after my mom's name Hehe)

Sarey was the one in blue, yup, much taller. hehe

After the show, they had some authograph session. The queue was so long, so I just snap a pic of whole of them.

Sorry, I was a lil bit vain that night, been staring at the mirror and snapping my own pic before went out. Hehe. Knowing that I'll be eye-to-eye with Hans Isaac, I hv to make sure that I was ok in every angle. haha =)

And yup, you're correct, Hans didnt even notice me.

500 Days Of Summer

After years not seeing Gordon-Levitt on screen, I was hoping this a worth movie to watch on weekends after a long queue in TGV. But I was totally wrong.
Nurin woke me up after seeing me dozzed off few times. It wasnt that funny but 3 ladies behind us were laughing so loud and that was funny.
Thus, 1.5 stars out of 5.
1.5 was for Gordon for reminding me of Heath Ledger in 10 T.I.H.A.Y.

And anyway, everything is so wrong with my facebook page. I re-activated it but I couldnt access to the page.Why oh why. Maybe they had enough of physcos. Hehe

PGL III

I remember watching Beauty & The Beast The Musical and I made this to myself – THAT’S IT AND NO MORE TEATER!! The seat was so comfortable that I fall asleep after 15 mins the show started. I woke up during the intermission, went to ladies, snapped some pics there with my friends.. (uploaded in Facebook)–regardless of the kesembapan muka, went into the hall, and again BOOOFFff, I slept.. Later all I heard was ‘Dina.. bangun..dah abes.. jom balik.’ Wth.

Few months later, Mek asked me to join the PGL on the 8th and I wasn’t really keen to that at first. Bcos I prefer to enjoy the fireflies or some picnics and watch people with their kites, with the sounds of the chirping birds.. bla bla bla.
And..Im NOT sure what makes me said ‘Oklah..’ and so we really bought the tickets.

Had no idea what the PGL was about (except for it stands for Puteri Gunung Ledang and the puteri is Tiara Jacqlina- ok, rupanya I don’t know how to spell her name) , I told this to a friend of mine..

Me : Alaaa.. aku terus tgk PGL Season III.. Confirmmm aku tak faham ape2 pasni since I missed the 1st and 2nd season.
Kwn saya : Errk.... this isnt the LOTR series laa weii. The only thing changed in PGL III are the props!
Me : OOOWH! Ok..faham..

So, after singing the national anthem, I was so excited that the seat was much more comfortable than b4 and the hall was great. Great hall!!
And I didn’t expect much on the show..

SURPRISINGLY…

The show was SSSSUUUUHHHUUUPPEERRRHHEEERB! (now I feel like crying)

The moment the curtain opened, the props was soo breathtaking that I couldn’t even breath. Eh tipu gila. The backdrop was set against the kingdom of Majapahit in ancient Jawa and the Sultanate of Malacca in the 15th century n yess..magic! Sgt cantik.

I dont know u, but seriously, I fall in love with all the songs of PGL and if there is any soundtrack recorded, Ill be the first to buy. Or maybe Ill download. Haha

Saya suka AC Mizal and now lebih suka. His voice was superb. Lebih bagus dari lagu Fiona, i tell u. Saya tak berperasaan to Adlin Aman Ramli b4 but hari ini dah suka that he was so good as the Sultan Mahmud, he sang (ok, biasa je) and he danced! (I really like like like this). Tiara J (still dunno the spelling) pun now I like. Stephen Rahman pula OMG OMG (sbenarnye I dont like good-looking guys but he's exceptional) his voice was like 'cintaaa kuu pada muuu selamaanyaaa' (bygkan suara best nya Stephen smbil nyanyi vibrato2) But i think his baju Melayu tu a bit too tight. Smpai mcm ishh-apa-ni-baju-ketat2- mak-ckp-jgn-pakai. And few last scenes, he was wearing sleeveless baju laksamana. Looking at his arms, oo ok..patut laa baju td ketat.

Again, semua scenes mmg menyentuh hati dan perasaan (Ye, sangat). Looking at Tiara J on top of Gun. Ledang, I feel like mendaki Gun. Ledang lagi. Watching at Adlin's step, my feet were tap tap too. And see how the props bertukar2, I was stunned.
So 4.8 stars out of 5 for PGL!.. 0.2 tu sbb there was a technical prob that we had to wait for few minutes during the nenek kebayan nye part. Hi Hi

And the most important were the para pendaki Gunung Ledang pada tahun 2000..

To Tiara J, AC, Adlin n Stephen, if only u read this.. (Ripley's, Believe Or Not!!) err.. the pujian in this entry is saya ikhlas.. no prob..n Ill be glad for a free ticket..

SEPI

One fine night, I reached home super early. N jihan pulak still at ofis.. Hmm.. bosannye.


So I turned on the TV. Like after 3 mins browsing all the channels, I switched it off. Nothing interesting - as simple as that. Shitt..My not-ok-syndrome ni dtg balik ke?! Isk.. Pls2 need to do sth.



Luckily, I saw 2 DVDs on the table :

Errmm.. Obviously, I chose SEPI.. hahah

OK. watched CINTA b4. So I expected Sepi is sth like Cinta that i managed to concentrate only the first 20 mins.. (including the introduction - other muvie trailers) HAHAHA

But i was sooo amazed by the chracters of each cast, the sceneries cantik2, the soundtracks sgt syahdu while appreciating each and single line - a perfect script!! - haha semangat ni! Camera angles pun creative! Hihi


Jihan pun sampai..mase scene Adam n Ilyana.. still hungry - not yet dinner, kitorg tgk dgn penuh emosi....

Honestly, I like adam's charatcer. sgt suka sbb funny n yet sweetest!! Tpkan.. dun u think it's so unfair that after knowing Ilyana is getting married, die trus baik ng Suzi (Nasha Aziz). tau laa Suzy tu a bit feelingles.. Tp mcm ksian laa ok. Bila Ilyana dtg blk, cepat je nk break off dgn Suzi. Ishness.. Bile x ade Ilyana, nak Suzi.. Ish..ish..

But of all the 3 dramas, I like this one most! hihih

Sufi..

Pelik.. a married lady (for 7 yrs), fall in love with a guy, just by talking few lines. Tp the scripts sweet la.. tp bukanke the wife tak loyal?? Ksian nye her hsband menjual ikan, but the wife tersuka dekat one rich + good looking guy. Just because she's pregnant, trus pilih the husband balik. What if tak pregnant? Ntah laa..no comment.. I just wondering.. nape senang2 mcm boleh tersuka kat org lain.. Dah laa ckp few lines je. Hehe sorry.. I never believe any as love at 1st sight. Boleh ke? Wut if mmg laa the guy/girl u fall in love with (sbb trtgk sesaat!) tu soo attractive.. tp most of her attitude u cant suit in, even his jokes pun u cant even laugh at.. so? Does love at 1st sight really exist? Tp I enjoyed at their scene ni... Cume terdetik je.. whre's the loyalty towards ur husband?? hehe

Imaan...

Erm... Ok, mmg expect Khalil (Pierre Andre) dah mati actually. Tp sweet laa. I like the scripts juge!! Hihi.. Tp er.. Knape Pierre Andre ni? the way he talk tu.. uish.. I remembered he said 'I cemburu.' His cembuRRRu tu.. ish lain sket.. lain byk.. Ishh.. Haha.. Nway it's not a big issue pun.

So. the conclusion is.. I like everyhing in this muvie!! Beautifull sceneries, the unexpected story line n the casts!!! sukaaa...!! Regret that I didnt watch this in cinema. Ciss.

Haha. It's so colourless n yet depressing. U end up tired of watching Max searching for the murderers.

No offense la k. I heard this is originally a game utk playstation ke Psp, i dunno laa the term kan.

But next time, if Elly yg decide for muvies, I'll think twice hahaha sory beb. Eeza, we shud stick to the one we chose, which i wont disclose here ahahahaha
